We split a part of our repair costs into a (if) successful repair fee to assure you as the customer that there is extra incentive for us to get your board working again to its fullest. Here's what you need to know about our services:The cost is as follows:
(A) Price paid in listing covers the initial fee, socket & shipping back to you
(B) (If) Successful repair fee= £50 (only initial fee applies if you only require a pin realignment and not a socket replacement)
(C) Shipping to us via the method of your choice (we recommend a tracked & insured service).
Example repair for a Z790 MEG ACE LGA1700: (A) £85 + (B) £80 + (C) ~£10 = ~£175
Turnaround Time:
Regular: 3–5 weeks
Expedited: ~1 week
Expedited repairs are given priority within our queuing system. Once repair work begins, if the fault is more complicated or requires speciality parts, this can extend the total turnaround time. We keep hundreds of new & refurbished components in stock for your convenience.
Repair Process:
Once diagnosed, we'll provide you with a detailed report, including any necessary part replacements and associated costs. Most parts are readily available for prompt repairs, but speciality parts may require additional time to order in. We'll keep you updated throughout the repair process to ensure transparency and clarity. Parts may be replaced as part of the diagnostics process.
Order Instructions:
Please include your motherboard model, serial number and all symptoms at checkout. Following your purchase, you’ll be sent the shipping address. We also create a record of these details once your device has arrived with us. Have your item well-packed and order number on the outside of the sealed packaging.
Extra Services:
PCB Ultrasonic Deep Clean: £25
To reiterate, the initial cost you are paying covers some of our labour, the socket and return shipping from us to you. The shipping cost is not refundable. There will be a final payment following a successful repair.

IMPORTANT:
Keep in mind that some boards may have underlying problems, such as weak integrity within the internal PCB layers. This can be reflected by certain types of behaviour, so do ask as we're happy to provide as much insight as possible before your purchase. Repair attempts (heat application, even minimal) may render certain boards completely useless. In the unlikely case of this happening, we will not be held accountable.
By purchasing, you FULLY understand and agree to everything mentioned above. IF YOU HAVE TRIED TO POWER ON YOUR MOTHERBOARD WHILE THE PINS WERE BENT, YOU ARE FULLY LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER FAULTS FOUND.
